Are you accepting walk-ins or same day appointments?

At this time, we ARE NOT ABLE to take walk-in appointments. You can call the salon or request an appointment with your stylist, and she will let you know what the soonest available appointment is.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel please contact your stylist with as much notice as possible. While more notice is always best, if you begin to show any symptoms of illness before your appointment, we ask that you call or text your stylist as soon as possible to cancel your appointment (for more details on your specific stylists' cancelation policy, please contact your stylists). We ask that you to be fever free for at least 48 hours and symptom-free (without medications) before rescheduling your appointment. This ensures that our stylists and other guests can also stay healthy and that we can stay open to serve you.
Do I have to wear a mask at my appointment?

We do not require you to wear a mask in the salon, but if you feel more comfortable when wearing a mask please feel free to do so! Also, if you would like your stylist to wear a mask please just let them know and they would be glad to.
If I don't have an appointment, how can I get one?

You can contact your stylist by text or email or simply click the I WANT AN APPOINTMENT button below and a stylist will get back with you promptly with the soonest available appointment. Stylists are very busy right now, but we will do our best!
Can I talk or browse on my cell phone/laptop during my appointment?

Yes, take any calls that you need to and browse away! We just ask that you keep your volume to a minimum or on vibrate to not disturb other guests in the salon and while watching videos or listening to music to use headphones.
Can I bring my child to my appointment?

Oh, do we love seeing those cuties and hearing stories about them! BUT at Studio 410 Salon, we try very hard to give our guests an inviting and relaxing experience! If your child is under the age of 8 and you have to bring them, we do ask that you bring in another responsible adult with you to keep an eye on them. We are busy concentrating on giving you wonderful hair, so we are not able to help monitor your little one. Above all else though, we are most concerned for their safety! We have many dangerous chemicals and tools that are hot or very sharp in our working environment. Your cooperation and understanding is very appreciated!
